Kindly note that the following are the rates for the supply and delivery cost of various main building materials within the Klang Valley and Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The rates are based on the prices quoted by the subcontractor(s) / supplier(s) which exclude the mark-up price for profit & attendance by the Main Contractor. All rate shall varied subject to the project location, quotation from the subcontractor(s) / supplier(s).
